Terms of Service
These terms describe the supervised use of SiteTandem's controlled website-operations platform.
Effective date:
1. Introduction and operator
SiteTandem is operated by MD Risalat Bari (Sole Proprietor), Bangladesh. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the SiteTandem application.
2. Service description
SiteTandem supports controlled WordPress operations, connected search and analytics evidence, deterministic Growth Intelligence, compatible AI-client authorization, and supervised proposal and draft workflows.
3. Eligibility, accounts and workspaces
You must be able to form a binding agreement and use SiteTandem only for a legitimate business, publishing, agency, or professional purpose. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the workspaces you create or administer.
4. User responsibilities
Keep account information accurate, protect your credentials, and ensure you have authority to connect each site, provider, and property. Maintain the WordPress and provider permissions needed for the work you ask SiteTandem to perform.
5. Connected third-party services
WordPress, Google, Microsoft/Bing, OpenAI, and compatible AI clients are independent services. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and changes apply to their services.
6. Authorization and permissions
Access is controlled through workspace membership, site selection, roles, and scopes. Permissions distinguish read-only access from bounded-change access. Connections can be revoked or disconnected when appropriate.
7. Acceptable use and prohibited misuse
Do not seek unauthorized access, misuse credentials, introduce malware, submit unlawful content, bypass permissions or safety controls, disrupt the service, scrape it, or make excessive automated requests outside documented interfaces.
8. AI-assisted output
You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations and drafts. AI-assisted output can be incomplete or inaccurate. SiteTandem does not promise autonomous publishing.
9. WordPress changes
SiteTandem's current external AI contracts permit only documented bounded preparation and draft-only operations. Publishing, scheduling, and deletion are not exposed through those contracts. Web-reviewed consequential workflows retain their existing safeguards.
10. Provider evidence
Provider data can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. SiteTandem does not invent a missing provider value as zero. Provider services control their own data and uptime.
11. Internal beta status and availability
The service is ready for supervised external beta. There is no guaranteed uptime or service-level agreement, and functionality may change as beta evidence is gathered.
12. Intellectual property
SiteTandem and its software, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership except for the limited right to use the service as permitted here.
13. User content and permissions
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant SiteTandem the permissions necessary to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to provide and secure the service you request.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance. You may stop using SiteTandem and disconnect available integrations at any time, subject to records retained for security and integrity.
16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
SiteTandem is provided for supervised beta use without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses reasonably caused by a breach of these terms. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be excluded or limited.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated terms will be posted at this public URL with a revised effective date. Additional notice will be given where required by law or appropriate for a material change.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, subject to applicable mandatory consumer laws.
